KICK-OFF!
Wednesday, 7:00-8:30 PM, in the Sanctuary.
Before we head out to serve our communities, let's come together to worship and pray. Join us as we seek God's heart, ask for His guidance, and dedicate MTOC to Him. Come expecting God to work in and through us as we are sent to our city!

Learn to Share the Gospel
We strongly encourage you to watch THESE VIDEOS from Time to Revive, which will train and equip you to have loving spiritual conversations. They will also highlight a specific method and some tools, which anyone can use and do. This will all cause you to be more comfortable when talking to someone.

WhatsApp
For communication during and before the mission, use this link to connect to Hometown-Lakeville's WhatsApp HERE. If you need help downloading the WhatsApp app, HERE are some instructions.

Prayer
See the schedule above, you're welcome to pray on Zoom or join us for in person prayer in the church foyer. You can access the Zoom prayer time HERE. We also have a WhatsApp prayer group.  In this group, daily prayer thoughts and requests will come in the morning.  In the evening, a recap of how God worked that day to answer those prayers. Join the group HERE.

Service Projects Needed
Help us identify neighbors or friends that need some help during Hometown MTOC
Types of projects:  Most projects should be those that don’t require high degrees of skill or craftsmanship and that can be completed in 2-3 hour blocks of time.  Examples from past years are yard work, tree trimming, landscape refreshing, painting, light repairs (inside and outside), helping a family move, light car repair, child care, cleaning gutters, removing brush, laying sod, etc. The MTOC team will provide the labor, however, the cost for materials and supplies would be the responsibility of the homeowner. If you would like to submit a project, please go HERE.

MTOC Blood Drive
Friday, July 24, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, Hometown Church-Lakeville, North Hall. This is an easy way to give back to the community by donating blood for those in medical need. Take a few moments during MTOC to give. Time slots will go quickly, so sign up soon. To make an appointment, go HERE.

Questions? Contact our blood drive leader, Ashley Bird at matt.ash.bird@gmail.com, 612-517-9626.

What is Faith & Family Night?
On Sunday, July 26, 5:00-7:00 PM, at 90th Street & 3rd Avenue in Bloomington (right next to Valley View Elementary), we'll be loving on and serving our community through fun, hospitality, and meaningful conversations. We'll be having a food and diaper give away and as families enjoy free food, games, and music, we'll also celebrate life change through baptisms and share the hope found in Jesus. See the Faith and Family Night online flyer HERE. Click the ESPAÑOL button at the bottom for a flyer translated to Spanish. Share either flyer with anyone you know!

Do You Want to Be Baptized?
Baptisms are happening at Faith & Family Night! Baptism is an important step of obedience in the life of a Christian—an outward expression of your commitment to follow Jesus. Being baptized at Faith & Family Night is also a powerful opportunity to share your faith and be a testimony to our community! If you’re ready to take this step, talk with Pastor Tim or another Hometown pastor you know, then sign up HERE.
